Naomi Miller's profile

Naomi Miller

N T Miller Occupational Therapy

I am experienced in providing therapy to maintain and regain independence in both health and social care settings. I support adults with a range of conditions including: deconditioning after acute illness; difficulty with mobility in the community and home; memory decline and dementia; progressive or long term physical and neurological conditions; learning disabilities; cancer and cancer recovery; palliative and end of life care.

I am passionate about helping to maximise independence while improving quality of life and wellbeing. I work closely with clients and their support networks to identify goals for therapy and then develop strategies that fit with the client’s preferences, needs and situations.

I am highly skilled at assessing clients in their home and community environments and can provide recommendations covering changes in how tasks are performed, useful equipment, minor adaptations, falls prevention advice and safety guidance. Where necessary, I provide bespoke support to allow for longer term meaningful improvements in day to day life. This can include functional rehabilitation programmes, complex moving and handling planning and fatigue and condition management.

I am based in South-West London and will travel to Surrey and Central London. For more information please contact me by phone or email.

Testimonial: “Thank you, Naomi. You have been absolutely fantastic. We couldn't do it without your support. I would like to thank you personally for being so proactive and accommodating.” Care manager.
